Welcome to CertMagic. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CertMagic, Inc.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. CertMagic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. License & Content Usage

Upon purchase, CertMagic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license includes:

• Access to purchased study materials in PDF and Test Engine formats
• Installation on up to two (2) personal devices
• Use for individual exam preparation purposes

You may NOT: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense any CertMagic content. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Subscription & Billing

CertMagic offers subscription-based access to our content library. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Any changes will not affect existing subscription periods.

5. Refund Policy

CertMagic offers a 7-day refund policy for subscription purchases. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting our support team at care@certmagic.com. Please note that refunds are not available for renewal payments or after the 7-day period has elapsed.

6. User Conduct

When using CertMagic services, you agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to download or scrape content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on CertMagic are owned by CertMagic, Inc. or our licensors. The CertMagic name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of CertMagic, Inc. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CertMagic services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertMagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CertMagic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

CertMagic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
